JOB SUMMARY /
DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Manager, the Talent Acquisition, the Partner oversees a broad range of Human Resources services related to the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral of applicants for employment at all levels for the District. Establishes and maintains relationships with a variety of recruitment sources in an effort to enhance MATC’s role as an employer of choice in the Milwaukee community as well as to assist with identification of diverse candidate pools. Work requires the use of independent judgment, working from broad institutional and divisional policies and general objectives.
Characteristic Duties & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration,
Administrative Leadership, Public Administration or related field.
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Human
Resources or Organizational Development is preferred.
Required Experience: Three (3) years of related
occupational experience promoting diversity hiring initiatives.
Preferred Experience: More than three (3) years of
relevant experience.
Required License/Certification: None.
Preferred License/Certification: SHRM Certified
Professional (SHRP-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or
Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
