JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Integrated Talent Manager, the Corporate Recruiter will develop strong relationships with the business to help source and identify the best talent. This individual will manage the entire life cycle of talent acquisition and help deliver an amazing candidate experience. Additionally, the Corporate Recruiter will establish and strengthen relationships with community groups, universities, recruitment agencies, and diverse partnerships. This individual will develop and optimize peer relationships within the community and university recruitment market, communicate recruiting expertise, and share best practice and market trends to team member and key stakeholders. The Corporate Recruiter will also perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with manager, candidates, and suppliers.

Essential Functions:

  • Partners with leadership to identify staffing needs (sourcing strategy, job specifications, sourcing, interviewing, candidate closing and negotiations, etc.).
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process with minimal management guidance.
  • Job posting optimization where needed to attract candidates.
  • Build and execute a recruiting plan that focuses on attracting a diverse candidate pool.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract talented applicants through a consultative approach.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive efficient recruitment process and sound hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies which include community and/or campus recruiting activities such as in person and/or virtual presentations, career fairs, mock interviews and resume review workshops with the goal to attract top talent.
  • As an ambassador of HellermannTyton, cultivates deep relationships with community partners, university staff and student organizations, enhancing HellermannTyton’s employment brand with targeted universities and organizations.
  • Manages recruiting event logistics at key community and university site locations.
  • Expands HellermannTyton’s network of community/not-for-profit based organizations to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice and ensure a stable, sustainable pipeline to talent for the company.
  • Act as a mentor to other recruitment team members sharing inclusive recruiting techniques, strategies and insight, including new sourcing strategies, networking groups and/or sites available.

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
  • 5+ years professional talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience with cultivating and growing external partnerships highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to form meaningful partnerships (internal/external) at all organizational levels.
  • Prior campus and Diversity Equity & Inclusion recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, flexibility, adapt to changing requirements/deadlines/situations.
  • Valid Driver License with an acceptable driving record along with an adequate automobile insurance.
