JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:

Continental Properties is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team of dynamic professionals. As HR Business Partner, you will align and deliver Continental’s and HR’s strategic plans and goals for designated departments and regions. You will consult with leadership on best practices to improve employee engagement, productivity, and efficiency.

You will uphold partnerships across the HR team to deliver value-added support that reflect the goals of Continental. You will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.

We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work remotely up to 2 days a week. #LI-Hybrid

REQUIREMENTS:  

Essential Responsibilities:

  • You will regularly meet with and build strong relationships with leadership and team members
  • Collaborate and consult with leadership on performance management, talent development, team dynamics and relationships, and additional ways to build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct objective investigations.
  • Provide HR program, process, and policy guidance and interpretation to leaders and team members. 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, required
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience desired
  • Experience coaching leaders on performance management and employee relations
